Give your dishes a natural, refined salty flavor with this Himalayan Salt Stone Rectangular Cooking Plate . Suitable for grilling, baking, and serving – both hot and cold. A unique way to prepare and present meat, fish, vegetables, or desserts.

Instructions for use of the Himalayan Salt Stone Hob Rectangular
Heat the stone slowly in a non-preheated oven at 170°C (330°F) for 15 minutes to prevent cracking. Then continue heating over the desired heat source.
BBQ instructions:
- 
Start on the highest rack, away from direct heat.
 - 
After 15 minutes, place it lower.
 - 
After another 15 minutes, move it closer to the fire.
 - 
The stone is hot enough when a drop of water begins to hiss and dance.
 
Taste & Preparation
The natural salt crystals dissolve slightly in the juices from the dish. This gives a subtle, natural salty flavor – without adding extra salt.
Cleaning & Maintenance
 • Allow to cool completely before cleaning.
 • Rinse with water (do not use soap).
 • If necessary, scrape away food residues with a knife and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
 • Not dishwasher safe.
 • Store in a dry place. 
Please note: Fragile natural product, handle with care.
Serving suggestion:
Use the stone as a cold serving plate for sushi, fruit, cheese, ice cream, or desserts. Refrigerate for at least two hours or freeze until completely dry for a cool presentation.
